Chapter Executive Committee

POWERS 

  1. Oversee the functioning of the Corporation 

  1. Ensure the orderly transfer of the administration of the Corporation from the retiring to the incoming officers and Board representatives 

  1. Formulate long-range plans for the Corporation 


  1. COMPOSITION     

  1. Executive Committee (five ex-officio representatives) 

  1. President 

  1. President-elect 

  1. Treasurer 

  1. Secretary  

  1. Immediate Past-President 

  1. Elected representatives (10 members)  

  1. All Chapter members eligible  

  1. Elections at Chapter Annual Business Meeting  

  1. Limited to two, successive 3-year terms  


  1. DUTIES     

  1. Annual meeting held in conjunction with annual Chapter Business Meeting 

  1. Quorum defined as simple majority of Board members serving for that year 

  1. Must report its activities at least annually to SCCM 

  1. Ad hoc meeting notices to the Chapter not required 

  1. Confirm Nominating Committee’s slate of candidates for election to open Officer positions 

 

 

 The Chapter Executive Committee is comprised of the President, President-elect, Immediate Past-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
