Presidential Citation Award
This award recognizes an SCCM SoCal Chapter Executive leadership, committee chair, or Board of Directors member who made extraordinary contributions of time, resources, and innovation to the chapter during the previous year.
Nomination and voting body:
- The Executive leadership, Committee chairs, and Board of Directors (BOD) are eligible to nominate candidates.
- Self-nominations from the executive leadership, committee chairs, and BOD are accepted.
- BOD is the voting body.
- Self-nominating (BOD) members will be excluded from the voting process.
Eligibility:
The nominee must be a member of the executive leadership, committee chair, or BOD in good standing. The Current President is excluded from self-nominating.
Criteria:
Individuals must have made extraordinary contributions of time, resources, and innovation to the SCCM SoCal Chapter
during the previous year.
Submission Requirements:
A summary of the nominee’s contributions and accomplishments to SCCM and the SCCM SoCal Chapter during the past year
must be provided.
Selection:
The Board of Directors will review and approve the list of nominees and one awardee will be voted on every year.
Notification:
The recipient will be notified one month before the Annual Symposium.
Recognition:
1. The awardee receives a certificate.
2. The awardee will receive a $500
3. The awardee will be recognized during the Annual Symposium
